I moved to Syracuse recently and wanted to find a Honda dealer that could continue the level of quality and efficiency that I have experienced with previous Honda dealers. My experience with Friendly Honda was friendly. More importantly, it was efficient and helpful. The technician I worked with was Britney who quickly set up the details of my Honda's service needs, and then followed along during the session to keep me informed of progress. All together, this was a pleasant and professional experience, and I'll be visiting Friendly Honda again when my Honda requires service.

Timely service. Britney took time to explain the B service reminders that l didn’t find in the manual. She also explained the differences between the service reminders and the mileage service recommendations.

Give them 10 stars. My positive experience was due to several of the staff. It all started with Todd, the owner who looked relentlessly for a specific vehicle for me to meet my needs. I drove him crazy but he was like a best friend. He had my existing car evaluated. Thank you Doran for the super fast service. They put the deal together for me and gave me options. Do you know how refreshing it is to not have to go to a car dealership and feel pressured. I never felt pressured, and I never felt like my back was to the wall. They allowed me to steer the ship. I didn't even have to go in with the exception of them getting final evaluation on my existing trade. When time to pick up the car. Wadie took the delivery with Ross to another level. I Thought I had gotten everything out of the car. Wadie saved me as he retrieved my wife‘s sunglasses, which I forgotten, were up in the visor as well as my ez pass. He reviewed the features with me on my car. The paperwork took me probably all about 10 minutes and I was on my way. I am happily driving my new vehicle from Friendly Honda. And I am happy to be a second time customer and definitely keep coming back.

From the sales team, to the service department, the environment is one that shows care, is transparent, and looking for a mutually beneficial relationship. ***Brittany of the service department helped me tremendously with the coverage of my transmission, and got me back in the road relatively quick.

I had called with electrical issues with my HRV- the alarm kept going off on its own and lights were coming on. Britney helped and took GREAT care of me! I arrived with an appointment, no problem will get you in 10 minutes when our technicians arrive. I was early! Oil change and inspection done in an hour .Went over everything in my car , tires , etc .Excellent service and so very hospitable Thank you guys for everything
